I got my SMU matric card...
I'm officially a SMU student...
I'm so excited...
Lots of orientation, camps and more camps...
The new life in the city campus...
Meeting lots of new people...
By the way...
I'm suppose to do community service...
Bottomline is...
No 80 hours of community service done...
No graduation...
So i'm scheduling myself to finish it even before school starts...

The sun...
The sea...
The sand...
And a whole lot of fun...
With Adeline and my sister...
Such relaxation just lying there at the Siloso beach...
It was like we had the whole beach to ourselves...
I bought a frisbee from one of their gift shops...
Making us really tired after a few throws and catches...
Had Subway sandwich for lunch...
Beach picnic...
Haven't eaten Subway for a long time...
We took lots and lots of photo shots...
Mostly shots of my sister taking herself...
Self vanity...
Photo shots included 2 coast guards who offered to take photos for us...
And ended up in our photos as well...
Weird...
But luckily...
There's always something called DELETE...

Whye Mun came over to pick me up...
He invited me to the Church Youth BBQ...
I have to like meet him at my back gate...
Cause i was gonna take a bike ride for the first time...
My Mum could never know about this...
Or i'll be killed!
The last time i told her the truth about me taking a bike ride when i haven't even taken it...
Hoping she would find me responsible enough to be honest...
She nagged at me for the next few days...
When it didn't even really happen...
This time...
I'm taking my chances...
I trust Whye Mun...
His a safe rider...
I think i looked clumsy and silly putting on the helmet and having a big head...
Whye Mun was like trying not to laugh at me...
On the way there...
He asked:
"Are you nervous...?"
I was thinking to myself NERVOUS?
Are you kidding me?
It was more of like being EXCITED...
Met up with the church people...
Talked a bit here and there...
Headed home pretty early with another thrilling ride...

Brought my heavy pair of blades to East Coast...
Only to realize they were the wrong size...
This pair belongs to my sister...
It was bigger, looser and heavier...
Made me felt really weird when blading...
I can't even stop properly not to say control my moves...
Then this stupid auntie bumped into me...
By the way...
She was wearing long jeans and a black t-shirt...
Who would ever wear that to the beach?
Don't they know it's hot around here?
It was like she was dressed for the Malls...
Back to what i was saying...
She was cycling...
See the thing is...
If i can't control my blades means i can't stop as and when i want to...
But cyclist have brakes on their bicycles...
Think she wasn't thinking right or something...
Instead of saying sorry...
She bumped into me and she still dared to say:
"I already ring already... You still come..."
Giving me that like it was all my fault i can't stop look...
What on earth?
Adeline turned around grumbling and shouted @%&#$@ at her...
The funny thing was...
I'm the victim here...
Reminder that i was bumped into...
But in the end...
Adeline was blowing up more than i was...
I spent the next 30 mins cooling her down...

I can't remember when was the last time i came here...
Probably when i was very young...
Like more than 10 years ago...
My Mum works at a Child Care Centre...
My sister and i tagged along with the kids to visit the birds...
The kids are so adorable...
I'm like a shepherd dog tending the sheeps...
Giving them a nudge here and there so they don't run astray...
Me: What's your name?
Boy1: (He turns away from me shyly...)
Me: What's your friend's name then?
Boy1: (Turns to Boy2) She's asking for your name leh...
Then both boys kept quiet shyly...
I'm not a big bad wolf...
I don't eat children...
Took some photo shots with the parrots...
These places are really expensive...
A few photo shots with the parrots using our own camera can actually cost $10...
I think that's a lot...
Oh well...
At least the photos turns out fine...

Visited the PC Show at Singapore Expo...
Checked out the digital cammies...
They have almost all the brands except for Nikon...
When i've decided to get Canon...
They said it was out of stock...
What da?
1st day of the exhibition and it was out of stock...
Then i had to go down to Parkway Parade Harvey Norman to get it...
Just when i thought i would stay happy and contented after purchase...
The salesman said:
You have to collect your free 256 memory card and backpack at Habourfront...
What da?
More travelling tomorrow...
The funniest thing is i ended up buying a model which was not even what i wanted initially...
It was neither the slick Sony T33 nor the slim Nikon Coolpix S1...
But the Canon PowerShot A95...
Now i have a digital cammie of my own...
